| (1) | You are either the current president or current treasurer for the community association you list during the registration process, or if applicable, that you are a current community manager (or accounts manager) for the management company you list during the registration process; and |

| (2) | You will provide accurate, complete information to us during the registration process and in all future email communications to us regarding this online service; |

| (3) | You will immediately notify us by email (at cwaccountview@chadwickwashington.com) if/when (1) you are no longer the current president or the current treasurer for the community association you listed during the registration process, or (2), if applicable, you are no longer employed by the management company you listed during the registration process, and/or (3) if/when any of the information you provided during the registration process is no longer accurate. |

We (CWMEB) reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to suspend or terminate your ability to use this online service. Passwords are subject to automatic expiration once a year for security purposes, which will require you to re-register for use of this online service. We also reserve the right to allow only one officer/director (i.e., only the president or the treasurer, not both) per association to have access to this online service. While we attempt to ensure that all information on the site is accurate, we do not make any representation or assume liability for the content, accuracy, timeliness, completeness or any other aspect of the information provided.
